THESE ARE BEAUTIFULLY DESIGNED NEW UNITS . WE ARE TAKING RESERVATIONS FOR THE 2010 WINTER SEASON, OCTOBER THROUGH APRIL. ALL RATES ARE BASED ON DOUBLE OCCUPANCY; $25 EACH ADDITIONAL PERSON. AUPPER DELUXE SUITE AAAAAAAAAAA (4 people comfortably) DAILY RENTALS $150 for first 2 people. $25 each additional person per day. WEEKLY RENTALS $1500 for 2(seven nights-one free night's stay)z$$25 each additional person per day. MONTHLY RENTALS available upon request. Rates vary throughout the year depending on availability and season. Price includes all utilities, heat, and WiFi. Price does not include 6% sales tax. UNSCHEDULED EARLY DEPARTURES are subject to a fee of no less than 50% of the room rate per day. LATE CHECK-OUT is available until 6 pm (based on availability) for an additional charge of 50% of the room rate. DEPOSIT: A deposit of 50% is required when you make your reservations. Balance must be paid at check-in. CANCELLATIONS: For cancellations more than 90 days prior to arrival, there is a fee of $50. For cancellations less than 90 days prior to arrival and more than 31 days prior to arrival there is a fee of $50 + one night rent. There are no refunds for cancellations less than 30 days prior to arrival. Travel insurance is advised.
